Tasso Ham

I used to make this in a restaurant where I worked. I have modified it for the home cook. You definitely need curing salt for this recipe. When you buy the pork butt, ask the butcher for the curing salt. Mine just gave me the salt I needed. I make this about twice a summer. It's the hit of any BBQ!!

Cabbage is stuffed with rice, pork and vegetables in these classic cabbage rolls. This recipe is a very traditional Moldovan recipe. My mother and my grandmother used to cook it at almost every Moldovan holy day and sometimes on a casual day. I love it!

These sweet, Filipino pork sausages take a little while to stuff, and then require 4 days to cure, but your effort will be well worth it. Fry this until golden brown, serve with eggs, and you are in breakfast heaven!

Everyone who has this loves it! It's surprisingly simple and quick. Garlic, rosemary, and white wine flavor the pork. The aroma is wonderful. Try steaming fresh broccoli, then frying it in the pan juices for a perfect side dish.

This absolutely delicious pork tenderloin is prepared simply by first browning in a skillet, and then finishing in the oven. Served with a Marsala cream sauce, prepared while the pork is baking, the dish can be prepared in under an hour. The sauce is tasty over steamed vegetables as well.
