Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed on Oct. 11, 2008 by emilymarie
These were fantastic. I added another 1/4 to 1/3 cup extra peanut butter, but that was the only change. I couldn't stop eating these. Oh, I also did milk chocolate chips as opposed to semi-sweet, but I always do milk chocolate chips in cookie recipes, personal preference. Try these, you won't be disappointed!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed on Oct. 11, 2008 by emilymarie
I really really enjoyed this! I liked how easy this was. I didn't baste every ten minutes, just turned them over once in the middle. I only used about 1/3 of the chicken called for (it's just the two of us) but still used the whole recipe of sauce. It actually turned out to be much more than needed. We used the extra sauce on rice. It was great, and I'll definately make this again.

Brazilian Lemonade

Reviewed on Oct. 11, 2008 by emilymarie
I thought this was really good. I followed my husbands advice and zested the lime into the blender instead of blending the whole lime. Other than a few big chunks of lime peel, we both really enjoyed this drink. I think next time I'll blend everything except for the ice, than strain the drink before adding the ice and blending together again. I also added more lime than called for because I wanted it a little more zesty! This was yummy, try it!
