Tart Lemon Ice Cream

Oh yeah, this is the best lemon ice cream I'm sure I'll ever eat!! Instead of using a food processor, I grated the lemon zest on a hand grater. Much easier. I used the juice and zest from two lemons, and it was perfect. It was so good, in fact, that I didn't share with my family! They'll have to make their own ice cream...

Corn Tortilla Chips

Loved them warm. You can reheat in the oven if they get soggy to crisp up a little.

Vickie's Beer Bread

I sent my daughter to the grocery store for flour and she brought back self-rising flour by mistake. I did not want it to just sit on my pantry shelf, so I looked up things that used this kind of flour. I never, ever, baked bread before, though it was too much trouble. But, I decided to try it. This recioe was great! I make it all the time now. Thanks Vickie.
